The first project meeting took place in Stockholm in mid-February. 14 persons, representing seven organisations and six countries meet during two days to kick-off the Digital Baltic project.
The first day administrative questions were dealt with and two presentations from external experts were held; Jenny Brodén from Karlstad municipality talked about Open Data and PSI (see her presentation here) and Torben Aaberg from Baltic Development Forum presented their work with the Digital Agenda in the Baltic Sea Region (read the report here).
Day two, an Open Space meeting were held to try out the method and to prepare the partnership for the arrangement of the regional Open Space meetings that are going to be held during the spring in Värmland, Vöru, Kaunas and Hedmark. The session was very fruitful and the results will be very useful in the project’s continued work. You can read about the results from the Open Space session in the Minutes from the workshop.
